These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by using the website you are legally bound by them.

It is important that as a website user you periodically check these terms and conditions because we reserve the right to change them at any time without notice. The terms and conditions that are available on our website at the time you are using it will be those that apply during such use.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a means of communication.

No contract for the sale of any product will be complete for the items ordered from stayyoungexercisesafely.co.uk until we send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you.

This confirmation e-mail will contain relevant information concerning your order.

The confirmation e-mail will also contain a link to these terms and conditions.

You must check that the details on the confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

You undertake that all details you provide to stayyoungexercisesafely.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform stayyoungexercisesafely.co.uk as soon as possible.

Cancellation and Returns

By law, under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD products where the item has been unsealed.

Please ensure that the goods are returned are unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and in their original packaging.

Returns parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.  We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is available on request from the Post Office.

Please return the items with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note the company does not pay the cost of returns.
You must return the goods to us at your own expense.

Notification of damaged items must be made to the Company within
5 days of receipt of goods via email.

Once stayyoungexercisesafely.co.uk receive notification from you
that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sums due to you will be returned as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by stayyoungexercisesafely.co.uk in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.

DVD’s can not be returned if unsealed unless they have experienced a manufacturing fault or damage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
